Open Jira Delivery DeskFrequently Asked Questions
- Which axes can I use?
- Impact vs Effort by default. Write 'AXES: Urgent vs Important' (or Risk vs Likelihood, Value vs Complexity, or any pair you name) at the top of your input to switch.
- How does it decide placement?
- From the signals in your notes — effort estimates, who's blocked, deal impact. Every placement comes with a one-line rationale, and when your notes give no signal for an axis, it places conservatively and says so.
- What format is the matrix?
- A GitHub-Flavored Markdown table, so it pastes cleanly into Jira, Confluence, Notion, a README, or the Markdown to Slack converter for posting to your team.
- Can I use it for the Eisenhower method?
- Yes — set AXES: Urgent vs Important and your tasks land in the classic do/schedule/delegate/delete quadrants.
