Frequently Asked Questions

Which axes can I use?
Impact vs Effort by default. Write 'AXES: Urgent vs Important' (or Risk vs Likelihood, Value vs Complexity, or any pair you name) at the top of your input to switch.
How does it decide placement?
From the signals in your notes — effort estimates, who's blocked, deal impact. Every placement comes with a one-line rationale, and when your notes give no signal for an axis, it places conservatively and says so.
What format is the matrix?
A GitHub-Flavored Markdown table, so it pastes cleanly into Jira, Confluence, Notion, a README, or the Markdown to Slack converter for posting to your team.
Can I use it for the Eisenhower method?
Yes — set AXES: Urgent vs Important and your tasks land in the classic do/schedule/delegate/delete quadrants.
